Downloading apps

I own two iPhones one is a 11 pro max the other a 12 bolts will not allow me to download any apps when I try and do so it says that my iCloud account and the password that I personally have set up are bolts incorrect which they are not this is very irritating how do I fix this issue

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are not able to download apps because you are seeing a message that your Apple ID or password are incorrect. If you go to Settings > Your Name on your iPhone are you signed in to your correct Apple ID? What exactly does the error message say?
