Black screen cameras
Is black screen camera a software problem?
i am unable to do anything with regards to camera. Both the selfie and the back camera always show black screen.

Is black screen camera a software problem?
i am unable to do anything with regards to camera. Both the selfie and the back camera always show black screen.

Start Here: If the Camera or Flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't Working -Â Apple Support
Restore form a Backup:
Have a backup of your iPhone prior to all of this? If you are not concerned with losing data, then restore your iPhone from a backup that was made when the camera was working. If no backup exists, then take this as a learning experience knowing to always have a backup created prior to installing an update, to avoid things like this in the future. Important: Prior to restoring, backup your iPhone, incase anything goes wrong with this restoration.
