Series 5 watch not updating to IOs 7.5

My watch will not do newest update. I have done reset and restart on both phone and watch and followed all instructions apple provided. Can anyone help

Can't update watch 6 because of iPhone I have an iPhone 7 Plus and an Apple Watch 6. Apple no longer supports 7 plus with updates so my watch won't update without the phone being updated. Any ideas on this?

Watch refuses to update I'm trying to update my watch series 6, but when I try and check for updates it just says I've got to update my iphone which I already have done. The iphone is 6s & on the latest version that it can have. Any help please?
