My system is 120GB but its keeps showing 2.1GB. I tried first aid but still not working.

I do understand as does @Axel Foley. Your SSD is not showing up which most likely means the SSD has failed (or if you are using a third party NVMe M.2 SSD, then maybe the adapter is not compatible). The "Apple Disk Image" and "OS X Base System" shown in Disk Utility is a virtual volume containing the macOS installer from either Internet Recovery Mode or a bootable macOS USB drive. If the physical SSD was shown it would show up as something like "Apple SSD....". You have a hardware issue of some sort. You need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you with a repair estimate.

The OSx base system is the recovery portion of your HD. That is not where your system boots from. You probably have a 128GB total storage space. Can you go to VIEW and choose view all devices? (I can't recall the exact title of the menu). Once you get to view the entire HDD then you should see your total capacity on that HDD.

Your SSD is not showing up which usually indicates a problem with the SSD or with an adapter if you are using a third party PCIe SSD.

Try an SMC Reset, then a PRAM Reset back to back.

Go to the desk top and right click on the hard drive image . Select get info and read that .
