Iphone Xs Restore

Hello,

I am fortunately running out of battery on my iPhone Xs and when I connected it to the charger it showed that it was going to restart by showing the Apple logo however it kept on restarting and showing the Apple logo and not getting past the part of the iPhones programming I have tried to Restore the iPhone on my MacBook was updated to the newest program however it's still showing that there's an error I was wondering if anybody could help?
