Please try suggestions given in this article.

If your Mac restarts unexpectedly, an error known as a kernel panic occurred, and you see a message that your computer restarted because of a problem.

The most likely cause is faulty software. A kernel panic can also be caused by damaged or incompatible hardware, including external devices attached to your Mac.

Uninstall Bitdefender by following the developer's instructions. Anti-virus apps, cleaning apps, and third party security software are not needed on a Mac and they usually cause more problems than they solve plus they impact system performance.

The Kernel Panic log is also referencing the Card Reader so there may be an issue with the card reader or the SD card if an SD Card is connected.

If you continue to have issues after uninstalling BitDefender, then run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper. Allowing EtreCheck "Full Disk Access" will also provide a summary of any recent system logs.

You can also run the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.
