Battery usage

When I first opened the battery usage page it showed a recently deleted apps ( I didn’t delete any apps), after 5mins I opened the usage page again and the recently deleted app was replaced by setting.

Just curious is it possible that the recently deleted apps were showed as a bug?

My girlfriend was saying I used some other apps to replaced it lol
