Your iPhone 6 cannot be upgraded beyond 12.5.4 because it doesn't have the required hardware.

I have an iPhone 6 and I had the same problem.I searched if I could install iOS 14 on iPhone 6 but I couldn’t.For your bad luck you can’t install iOS 14 on iPhone 6
