Last back up can not be completed

Keeps telling me last back up can not be completed

What’s app back up Hi my what’s app back up is stuck on preparing for a week now. I have checked the iCloud and storage space, toggled the what’s app on iCloud off then on again, reset network settings etc but nothing works. I have more than enough space left too as I’m on 200gb
