iphone 7 14.6 update error

Hello,

My phone locked out service yesterday saying I needed a software update. I had little storage so I cleaned things off signed up for iCloud storage and tried to install. It will not install after looking like it will I get error.r. I have tried resetting the phone, airplane mode switching but nothing seems to work. It says I'm not on the internet but I'm connected to my computer and I see the wifi signal strong on my phone. Any ideas, Im not techy at the least.
