Block obscene text messages

I keep getting obscene text messages over iOS message. They are addressed to me and a large number of people I don't know.

How can I put up a filter to block messages that are sent to more than say 5 people simultaneously? What is Apple doing to stop this invasion of privacy?

Blocking unwanted (spam) text messages I know how to block unwanted phone calls on my Apple SE iPhone—by pressing the Info button and choosing the "Block this Caller" option. However, when I get a spam text message from some unknown advertiser, no info button appears. It seems all that I can do is to delete the message, but this will not block the advertiser from texting me again. Is there a way to block such unwanted messages on the iPhone SE?

You may --> Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone ...

Not helpful. There is no blocking option or report option on these messages. They are obscene and unsolicited! The phone numbers change every time and they all seem to be from gmail accounts.
