facetime stuck at connecting

hi since i upgraded to iOS 14.6 i am

unable to talk to anyone in facetime audio or video. i am able to

make calls the call gets stuck at “connecting” if others call

me the same happens after accepting the call. this seems like a repeat of https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251253667
