How do i animate my weather widget for iphone12?

The weather widget on my iPhone 12 pro is static. Is there a way to animate it?

Chatted with Support. It turns out that having my display set to Zoomed (rather than Standard) caused the weather widget to be static. Once I set the display on my iPhone back to Standard view, the weather widget became animated.
