How can I activate the animations in the weather app? I have the last update but the background still static, that’s driving me crazy, thanks

Have you tried to force close the Weather app, then go to Settings>Accessibility>Motion>Reduce Motion... and disable that option? Then restart your iPhone, re-open the app and test it.
