Hello Janniebabe,

We understand you'd like to have the animations in your Weather app. We'd love to help. Just to make sure we understand your issue correctly, are you unable to see the background of the conditions it reports as it shows here: Check the weather on iPhone ?

Have a great day!

Hi Janniebabe,

Thanks for completing those steps. Next, does the issue only occur when accessing the weather for a specific city or does the conditions for multiple cities show blank?

Also, have you tried deleting the app altogether and re-downloading it?

If that does not resolve the issue, then please reach out to Apple Support for further assistance here: Get Support

Enjoy your day!
