how do i get iweather conditions to animate

Thanks for the additional info. Have you tried restarting the device using the steps here: Restart your iPhone to see if it resolves the issue? Also, have you tried deleting the location from the Weather app and adding it back to see if the background for the conditions update?

Thanks for completing those steps. Next, does the issue only occur when accessing the weather for a specific city or does the conditions for multiple cities show blank?

Also, have you tried deleting the app altogether and re-downloading it?
