Apple Watch notifications and widgets

With Apple Watch, you can slide the screen down and your past notifications appear and if you slide up your widgets will show. There are times when mine won’t do that, it’s not completely frozen because I can still look at my apps, change the watch face, and the time is correct. Why does it do that? It happens randomly and sometimes it randomly starts working again.

Can’t access the notification or control centre About once or twice a day my Apple Watch SE makes me unable to go to the notifications or control centre. The only way to fix it is to restart the device. I am able to change the clock face though. I have already tried restarting my device and unpairing and resetting up my Apple Watch. Those work but only for about 12 hours. If you can help thank you!

When trying to delete apps from Apple Watch, the green slide won’t move so I can delete it. Any suggestions? When trying to delete apps from my Apple Watch, the green tab won’t move to delete it
