Can I upgrade Apple Music to Family Plan on annual basis?

I want to add my wife to my Apple Music subscription. I now have a single person $99/yr subscription. In upgrading my single to family plan, I don't see an "annual" family plan. Does this mean I need to pay $180/yr for a 2nd person vs $99/yr for only myself?

Even that annual plan for an individual is highly elusive and isn't mentioned on the main Apple Music page, only on that "change" page. I do not see mention of an annual Family plan anywhere.
