Do you have Apple Music by itself? Or do you have Apple Music included in Apple one? Because all of the steps we have provided you will get you to were you need to go to cancel the Apple Music subscription. If you’re not seeing the option then I would highly recommend going to the Apple store for assistance.

That link is for subscriptions to iTunes/App Store apps, not Apple Music which has its own cancellation process.
