The HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4100 All-in-One Printer series is mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support as supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. This means that it should be possible to use this model without having to install drivers, providing that the printer and the computer are connected to the same network (subnet). An AirPrint-enabled printer is compatible with macOS (Catalina).

The best way to find out is to go to the HP Support site and check to see their list of print drivers for this specific printer and see which operating systems they support.
