Voicemail

My phone doesn’t let me record a voicemail how do I fix this? It doesn’t let me and I don’t already have one because when people call me it says I don’t have a voicemail box that is set up!!! What do I do? I want to record a voice mail!! Below is a picture of what shows when I click on voicemail!

You need to contact your cell service provider to fix this.
