Screen recorder

i have issue regarding screen recorder. I faced many challenges tried with best possibilities but still not yet got fixed my problem when i start recording inapp the screen recorder works fine for few mins my mic i keep on both in game and screen recorder but after few mins it’s automatically get some glitch and when i check my video recorded i see in between there is sound which is disappeared i even consulated with the technical support but its an ios defect please find an good update patch especially for screen recorder voice misplace and bugs my device is i phone 11 pro max which i bought recently 2 months back

If you have already reached out for support through the service center and have not been able to resolve your issue your next options would be to provide feedback to Apple letting them know of the problems you are having with the feature. You may want to consider alternate options to screen record until the issue is addressed in later updates.

Thanks for posting your question in Apple Support Communities.

Could you provide some additional information with your issue?

Does this issue happen only when screen recording while using a specific app? Have you tried screen recording outside of the current app you are using?

There may be a few things you can do such as restarting your device, checking for updates, and disabling the app's audio.

Yes i have used and tried with others too but im suprised that when i connect to wifi this issue getting repeated given device to service center and even done with trouble shooting process not solved yet disappointed by services center as well the support and mainly with my first apple device i think money invested went in water

Yes i have the recording which i kept for proof what problem im facing with and thanks for providing for the feedback hope i get solved this issue
