Hi, purchased the iWork bundle but did not download. Paid by credit card receipt emailed. App does not show in purchase history in the App store. Now more than 24 hrs.

Hi, purchased the iWork bundle but did not download. Paid by credit card receipt emailed. App does not show in purchase history in the App store. Content creator says it will "take a while"; but it's been more than 24 hrs.

What actually did you buy? The iWork apps; Pages, Numbers & Keynote are usually free?

It's called the iWork bundle (with templates) for all the apps. Each template is priced but you can buy the complete package. Anyway, I also contacted Apple support and it turns out my iMac is an older version and does not support the bundle. And I have got a refund. Many thanks for your response.
