Brand new phone, my first one. When to set up I locked it. I put in the number they set up at tmobile and it is wrong. So frustrating. Each time I try I have to wait an hour. Everything is wrong.

I went to apple.com.restore ...plugged into my HP Laptop...(must it be an apple?) I see the proper picture on the screen, but nothing is happening.

Help please.
