Good afternoon sheraz226,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

It sounds like you are looking to export steps taken from your iPhone, and we'd like to help.

First, to see all of your Steps data, not just an average, open the Health App and tap Summary at the bottom of the screen. Tap Steps. Scroll down and tap Show All Data. At the top of the screen you should see "All Recorded Data" and a list of all days that steps were recorded in descending chronological order.

Data can be exported from the Health app as an XML file, and then that information can be imported into a spreadsheet for you to analyze.

Use the Health app on your iPhone or iPod touch

"Choose your favorite categories to track

  1. Open the Health app and tap the Summary tab.
  2. Tap Edit in the upper-right corner.
  3. To add or remove a category from your favorites, tap it. Categories with a blue star  appear in your favorites.
  4. When you're finished, tap Done.

Your favorites show how you're doing in each health category that day, like Mindful Minutes or Steps. To see more information about a category, tap it."

If you use a specific app for steps, like Pedometer++ (which also has an Apple Watch complication), you can use the app software to export steps data into a .csv format for a spreadsheet as well.

There are several apps on the App Store to manage and analyze health data.

Take care.

Hi sheraz226,

You are seeing the actual steps taken each day, not the average steps you saw earlier. But now this information needs to be exported to a spreadsheet like Numbers or Excel to perform the calculations you are looking for. You will need to search the App Store for applications like QS Access that claim to be able to do this. Or enter this information manually into Numbers or Excel.

Take care.
