restarting

iphone always restarts i can do nothing with it. I guess that’s because i had not enough space on it. But i don’t know even how to fix it

Hi, I have Iphone 12 pro max. My phone started to keep freezing and restarting this week. I freed up space. I did force restart but it did not work. How can I fix it? I deleted some more apps, even spotify. I am trying to take a back up but unfortunately it freezes literally in 5 seconds. If I can take a back up, then I can do switch to factory settings, but each time I connect to itunes, connection times out as iphone freezes. Can you help?
