Can Apple create a spam button for phone or texts sent. Something simple that would be able to also send that unwanted spam number to community spam file so others would know.
A quick easy delete button or a button that would send a spam number to government service so that they stop them.

In the U.S., you can forward any spam text to SPAM (7726) for investigation. I have it stored in my contacts.

It would be helpful to have a button on the iPhone when getting spam calls to be able quickly mark it as spam and notify others as such. Where there is an answer, FaceTime, and info button… A SPAM button would be nice added quick feature

In the U.S., you can forward any spam text to SPAM (7726) for investigation. I have it stored in my contacts.
Apple provides no way of reporting this iMessage SPAM. I receive one of these almost every day.

No, Apple could not do that for SMS texts, that is under the purview of your cell service provider. Contact them and see what they offer.
You've already been given an answer, this is a user to user forum, no one here can implement what you're asking. Follow the link that SravanKra gave you and let Apple know.
Those aren't iMessage spam, they are SMS Text spam. If you are in the US see IdrisSeabright post below yours.
