Cannot see wife’s location in FindMy…but she can see me

I feel like I’ve tried everything here. We have both shared our location with one another. Location services are enabled on both our devices. We’ve toggled location services and share my location off and on multiple times on her phone. Tried removing one another from Find My and adding again. But her location always shows up as “No Location”. Sometimes her location shows as updating, but never shows. We have the same version iPhone and running the same iOS. She sees my location with no issue. I have no problems seeing my kids location.

Two odd things about the issue though…

1) when she shares her location with me…she gets a pop up that says “location sharing is disabled on this device…go to Settings > Apple ID > Find My “ to enable. We’ve done that and confirmed it shows as enabled and have toggled off and on, issue persists

2) since she’s added as Family…I can go to the “Devices” section of FindMy and her phone will show up there no problem…just takes a minute or two to refresh…and can’t be viewed on my AppleWatch

only other thought is she does also have an ipad and AirPods registered to her Apple ID…any chance those are causing an issue with her location properly being shared? Any other troubleshooting steps to try to resolve this?
