Verify that the message is for the matching Apple ID account.
If you redeemed/started the year offer in January, then the next billing date of Jan ’22 seems accurate.
If you redeemed/started the year offer 12 months or more before July 11, then that date seems accurate.
If you have multiple subscriptions, then the message may be referring to a different service. E.g. Apple TV app Channel subscriptions like Showtime, Paramount+, Starz, etc. are independent of Apple TV+.
