Family Sharing Icloud storage

my wife is a member of my family icloud storage plan, but her photos are not getting stored to the icloud storage.

What needs to be done to share those photos and store them to the family storage icloud?

If she turns on iCloud Photos as described in Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support then her photos should automatically sync to iCloud. The first sync can take a long time (days) if she has a lot of photos.

Note that her synced photos are private to her. See the following from Share an iCloud storage plan with your family - Apple Support

When you share a storage plan, your photos and documents stay private and everyone keeps using their own accounts with iCloud—just like when you have your own storage plan. You simply share the space available in the iCloud storage plan with your family members, so you only have one plan to manage.

Any photos that she wants to share would need to be added to the shared album. See the following from Family Sharing - Apple

When you set up your family, a shared album is created automatically in the Photos app on all family members’ devices. Everyone can add photos, videos, and comments to the album whenever they like and get notified when something new is added.
