Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?
Have you rest the Modem,Router?
Are you able to sign in, out, & in to iCloud on the Mac?
Is it a different AppleID on the Mac?

Not running any VPN, no anti-virus, or cleaning apps. and it's not my modem or router problems either, already reset them too. Already talk with Apple Genius, but before we can get any thing done, I have to go to work...will continue the process tmr.
On my 2019 iMac, running Big Sur 11.4. On my iPhone I am ok, login ok, music playlist ok, but nothing on my iMac music iTunes library. Except my own cd music collection.
Nah....it's the same id.
Nope…can not sign in or out. I even deauthorize and re-aurthorize, than sign in but nothing happen. I go to my wife’s MacBook laptop, and sign in from there, nothing. Same thing as my own iMac.
