If you’ve ever canceled a subscription, you’ll see two categories there: “Active”, and “Expired”. The latter lists all your previously canceled subscriptions.
My thought is that that is a way for Apple to provide quick access should you want to restart a subscription abs Apple gets there sane. Jaded? Maybe a smidge but we do live in a free market consumer driven society.
You cannot.
But, of course, there is no reason to do that, since you’re the only person using your Apple ID, and there is no charge involved since the subscription has been canceled.
