Neither TikTok nor Instagram have worked on my phone since I downloaded them. I’ve looked online and tried to figure out why and I’ve tried lots of different ways to try to get it to work. I’ve reset my phone, uninstalled then reinstalled both apps, reset my network settings, checked to see if the apps were connected to cellular. I would really appreciate any advice someone could give me, thank you
