No mobile data option for most social media account

Hi everyone. I'm a new iPhone user. and i tried using my mobile data outside of home but i couldnt. For instagram, facebook, twitter you name it. There isn't any turn on mobile data option for these apps in my settings. There is one for Whatsapp, but I couldnt use it on mobile data either. ive tried turning off, resetting phone and network settings the airplane mode method. Most of the apps i downloaded is not shown in the mobile data settings. It is not a carrier problem it is a phone problem. i need help.
