Listen to mp3 audiobook ripped from CDs (Ripped using Windows media) on iPhone

How to play audio book mp3 files, ripped from CDs using Windows Media player, on iPhone6.

I can use Macbook Pro (vintage 2010) and iPhone 6. also have Windows 10 PC.

a/how to transfer from Flash Drive - where to put them on the iphone, how (drag and drop?)

b/what software or app on iphone to use for playback and for file management

c/advice on having iPhone play the tracks sequentially for each ripped CD.

  • Mac Book Air Retina 13" macOS Catalina 10.15.1
  • iPhone SE with iOS 13.3:- Does not use iCloud Library
  • iPhone 6 with iOS 12.4.4:- use iCloud Music Library


This is two a Step Process (To sync music from this computer, turn off Cloud Music Library)

  1. Apple Music: Import music (MP3) to Apple Music Library on Mac
  2. Finder: Sync between Apple Music on Mac and iPhone
