IOS 14.6 IPhone 6s 128 how to avoid server error when trying to share by WhatsApp?

Notes can not be shared by any apps what’s app, signal app, or Skype all shows same message server not available at the moment! Try again later.

IPAD SHOWING THE SAME 14.6 only share notes shows these issue.

Thank you for trying to help! Strange problem still there! Android phone same network no problem to share note option send as picture or share as txt appears no server error! Possible settings ? 14.6 iOS Apple bug or restrictions?
