Server stops responding

Sometimes i get a message on screen when searching for something in safari that says: "cannot open page because server stopped responding" i don't really understand what a server is and why did this happen, how to fix it, how to keep it from happening?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

Safari can’t open a website.

Safari – slow page loads.

Safari - Unsupported third-party add-ons may cause Safari to unexpectedly quit or have performance issues.

Safari doesn't load a page or webpage items are missing.
