iphone SE duplicating photos in the album

Anyone has this issue - camera taken photos have been duplicating in the album. This only recently occurred. All LIVE settings and icloud storage options are off. iOS is also up to date.

Probably you have synced the device over iTunes or taken duplicate pictures accidentally.
