Right Airpod not working

My right airpod pro is not connecting at all. It doesn't even show up on my phone or macbook. It just shows the charge for the left airpod and the airpod case. How can do I fix this? I've tried resetting my network settings, resetting my airpods, turning my Bluetooth on and off, but nothing is working.
