my left airpod isn't working and i don't know why

Every time i connect my airpod to my phone, laptop or ipad it doesn't work. the popup that shows the cases battery and airpods doesn't even come up anymore. I don't know whats happening and i don't know what to do. If anyone had this problem help.

(i have tried forgetting my airpod the reconnecting and rebooting it)

Start here: If your left or right AirPod isn't working

If no help, try a full reset: Reset your AirPods
