!mpossible to buy Iphoto book

I have made a photo book with Iphoto 9.6.1 and want to buy it, but it is not possible. WHY? Do I have to find another program to redo the whole book? Quite annoying when you put in several hours to make a nice book!

If you want photo products now, you will need to migrate your iPhoto library to the Photos application. You do this by launching Photos with the Option key and selecting the iPhoto photo library. Once done, then choose and download an appropriate third-party Photos extension from the Mac App Store that provides the printing service. You will likely need to construct a new photo book to that provider's specification.

All of these third-party photo book providers require at minimum macOS High Sierra, and some may require a newer version of macOS.
