Hi! I just started using Apple watch. I would like to use Blood Oxygen and ECG features but it says that they are not available in my region. I am from Mongolia btw. Is it possible to add Mongolia? or any other ways I can use these features?

government of a country before it's legal for apple to offer

implies that citizens' medical data be stored by a foreign third-party company
without individual approval by the government of said country, and that is not
something all countries feel comfortable with.
