How to rebind Windows keys on macOS

I have a Logitech K350 Wireless Keyboard. It has custom keys designed for Windows such as launching music, camera, settings and zoom keys. I am unable to use these on macOS. I have tried Karabiner to rebind these keys but macOS doesn't seem to detect or recognise these keys. Is it possible to make macOS detect these custom keys and rebind them to apps and actions respective to their purpose?

Hello audisterman,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support communities. We understand that you are having issues with connecting your Logitech K350 Wireless Keyboard to your Mac. We would love to help you with this.

Understanding that you are trying to make your Mac recognize the Logitech keyboard, however the issue isn't making the Mac detect the keyboard the issue is the keyboard is only compatible with Windows 7 which means it is not compatible with your Mac.

Here is the overview that shows what the device it is compatible with: Logitech Wireless Keyboard K350 - keyboard

Thank you for allowing us to support you.

Have an awesome and productive day!

audisterman,

Thank you for getting back to us. The custom keys that are built to work with Windows 7 will not work with your Mac and if there is a way to remap those special keys the support for that would come from the manufacturer. We are able to support Apple products but changing the operation of a third party product to then be compatible with Apple is up to the manufacturer.

We recommend using the previous connected article to reach out to the support for your product.

Cheers!

Hi, I may have not communicated sufficiently. The keyboard works fine with macOS for the main part. The majority of the "standard" keys are recognised by macOS and work such as the letters, numbers and special characters. They keys which do not work are the custom ones designed for windows such as the settings key, the zoom key, media centre key. I was wondering if it is possible to remap these keys to custom actions.
