How to re-synk my phone

Hi. I have two iphones right now and did a sync with my private phone to my work phone. And I have deleted most of my contacts because i deleted it from work phone and that deleted also my private phone. How do i re-synk my provate phone so that my numbers come back?

Is t even possible to get my numbers back? Thanks
