Cant change timezone Hi. So im from the Philippines and i wanted to change my timzone to EST. I already turned off all location and automatic settings but when i go to the time and date the timezone is grayed out. I already changed my region to USA but timezone is stuck in the Philippines. I need help

What is selected in the Time Zone pane?

What is selected in System Preferences->Language & Region, both for region and for calendar?

Post screenshots if possible.
