Then you can’t use the phones if they are activation locked, unless you can recover the Apple ID and password. It’s odd that you can’t remember your email address, which is also your Apple ID, but you can try to recover both by going to this site: https://iforgot.apple.com.

There is no way to bypass activation lock unless you are the original owner who purchased the phone directly from Apple and you have the receipt. And even then it takes time→Start an Activation Lock Support Request.

If they are carrier locked, you need to contact the carrier to get them unlocked. Apple cannot do that.
