Ipad 2020 10.2

I bought a new ipad 2020 10.2 and when i started it they ask for apple id, at time i had forgot it, after few days when i renewed it all was ok, but it shows that when I put the password on the others only one item i working with the apple id?? Im going to use only the new ipad later but for now i have things on it that I need to take care of. Is it not possible to have 3 items on same apple id??
