Can I upgrade from OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 to macOS Catalina?

It's time to upgrade the OS on my iMac 27-inch, Late 2013. Currently running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 and it appears that the hardware will support macOS Catalina. Where would I find easy-to-follow instructions for how I would go about the upgrade?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on Catalina.
