That is a hardware issue with the display; your iPhone needs to be serviced.

My Data usage is extremely high like 161 GB in maybe a few days. I assume that somebody has installed Spyware or any sort of virus on my Phone that sends the data to somebody else.

Settings > Mobile Data (or Cellular Dat depending on what region you are in), and check what app/services uses the all data.

My Apple ID was most likely also compromised as resetting the device does not helps fixing the issue with either the camera or the data usage. What can I do to remove the spyware from my iPhone and gain back my Apple ID ?

If you think Apple ID could be compromised, then change your Apple ID password and if you haven’t done it yet, enable 2 Factor Authentication to secure your Apple Id even more.
