Hi all,


In a fat finger moment I accidentally subscribed to the paid app rather than the free version.


i immediately realised my mistake and reassured by their “cancel anytime” message, i cancelled the subscription after all the “are you sure you want to go”messages etc


Now a few days later i get a receipt showing i have been charged £24.99 for annual membership.


How do i go about getting money back here? I really cant afford to lose this as i have just lost my job.

If your email receipt has a 'Report a Problem' link, use that. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
